My forest of young Dominick's trees

This past winter I was lucky enough to receive about a dozen gift cuttings of Dominick's fig from Jim/coop951, ten of which are now in 1-gallon containers.  I'm going to plant 1 of them in-ground and move the rest up to 3 or 5 gallon containers in the near future.

Here's a pic of all the kids lined up (the smallest one on the right was just up-potted from its 14oz cup today).

They've been living in partial shade underneath a flowering Dwarf Orinoco banana:

Thanks again for sharing your fig, Jim!

Those look good, they grow quickly...I have 2 myself that I started last year.....

Hoping to get mine next month!

The kids look great. Very healthy and happy hnging out in the swimming pool. :).. I have a couple going as well and they seem to be very healthy, no signs of fmv and very vigorous.

This is all music to my ears. James I love what you are doing out there, and to all my friends that are growing The Dominick...Cheers
And Rafael, I got one beauty for you.
Love those photos

Thanks for posting the pic, I don't think I've seen any pics of the fruit before.  Those are some really healthy-looking leaves, too.

Here is the fruit. Big things come in small packages dom339.JPG
