My Grise de St. Jean

Well my little St Jean started to drop all its leafs, then it dropped both of its figs, and I thought, well stick a fork in another fig plant of mine!

Now it is putting some fine looking new leafs on! These new leafs look a lot better than any before (the first leafs were deformed bad, then the seconf flush of leafs looked better, now these look great (might just be in the eye of the beholder)?

This variety is known to be very vigorous. Good luck with it.

Thanks Bass,

I'm thinking about keeping it in a pot for a good while (maybe 2 or 3 more years, then I might plant it in-ground!

And also thanks Lou.

Figluvah - Looking nice. It is suppose to be a productive tree. My tree is at a buddy's place 4000+ km away and it seems it has plentiful figs. Are you affected by the big fire ?

Hi Paully,

Thanks for asking about the wildfires around here, and thank goodness we have not been affected by the fires, they got within a couple miles of us!

Great. Praise to the Lord. Much blessed.

Yes Sir!
