People are always commenting on the generosity of the forum members in a very generic way. I know when I started I got package after package in the mail with cuttings “to get me started” and I was embarrassed to be taking things from people I didn't even know. I was told the forum is run on a pay it forward basis.
I took that to heart and have tried to supply if I have it and I know someone wants it.
However, there are members on here that make me look like scrooge. Members who start plants and freely give them out knowing how wonderful the recipient will feel getting a hard to find or sought after variety. Taking the time to explain things over and over until you get it. I know it may sound a little melodramatic but it has really helped me to become a better person trying to follow their examples.
I don't want to embarrass you guys but I really want you to know that you make a difference and you are appreciated!
