Congratulations with the first fruit!My LSU Gold has amber flesh and I am very surprised to see red flesh in yours. Are there multiple strains of LSU Gold?
I don't know if there are different strains. The video and the slideshow at the end were shot with two different camera's.but yeah, the interior was reddish.
