I was most generously given or nominally sold cuttings by a few members here . I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to all of you - you know who you are ( a couple wanted to remain anonymous and so they shall ). With all the holiday happy busy time , unpacking a pod we'd packed for delivery here in FL ( still doing a lot of unboxing ), all my cuttings were "mossed and bagged" , put into a dark cabinet and left until today.
ALL of my cuttings are showing roots !! I will be uppotting them this week and placing them in large covered plastic containers ( version of a mini greenhouse) as the next step .

I am really so taken by the generosity of knowledge and cuttings and plants here on this forum . I will be happily sharing in the future as so many have done here!

Awsome. I too have had many cuttings given to me or sold to me rather cheep, and my collection is starting to get big quick. so to keep the tradition going. in fall when some of my trees will be large enough to get a few cuttings I will gladly pay it forword.

I regret not pruning my Violette D Bordeaux for 3 years now.  This year, most cuttings are spoken for, and I have lots of extras of many other varieties so I can pay it forward too!  This is a neat forum and it's time for me to pay forward, and I will!  Just waiting for dormancy!

Glad your cuttings are growing and I hope they all do well for you. Don't get discouraged if a few fail that is inevitable. Let's see some pics when you get a chance!

Thanks Dave, Mike , Bob and Suzi  ! I was a little apprehensive when I went to the cabinet this morning. I was hoping that I didn't see a moldy mess , lol ! I am so excited about these varieties and will baby my babies . I have learned though to not kill them with too much kindness !

Bob we sure hope to move here permanently this year . I can't wait to "grow" here , get my landscaping planted the way we like and ... so many ideas and projects to come !! Can't wait.

I truly look forward to returning any favors done for me as well. One hand washes the other.
