My Poor Unknown

Ok so this was started from a cutting in july wich rooted really quick but has only grown about 1.5 inches since beggining of Aug. Seems to be infected with FMV.

Its just lazy right now, It will pick up, keep it away from other fig family, FMV will grow out of it eventually, I don't think its easy to find many figs without it.  I don't have any with FMV except for one I just received recently, but its growing new leaves that don't show any signs.  Time will tell, its the RKN thats the real killer and soo hard to get rid of.  I killed one tree trying to treat it with hot water at roots.

How does FMV transfer from plant to plant?

Nelson. as Maggie said there is good chance it will pick up growth next year in summer time or earlier.
As I have read on FMV, one way for it to get transferred is by bugs that suck on the leaves and then move o another plant.

I was looking at the pictures and I noticed this one (in your photobucket) with pretty fruit colour:

Hi Akram that picture is of Dusan's plant he was the one that gave a cutting, he says when fully ripe it turns into a Blue/Black in colour and very sweet. So bugs can transfer the FMV I guess prunning tools too if not properly washed can do this as well. I will keep it away from my hardy chicago just to be safe.
