My sick little B. Marseilles VS pruning question.?

My little B. Marseilles VS lost all its leafs (because of Roundup I think).

It has the main part and two limbs, the two limbs do not have green under the bark, the main part is still green, My question would be, do I prune the dead limbs, leave the little guy alone or what?

I would prune away anything that is dead (not green when scratched).

I am fixin (Tx slang) to go out there and cut the two limbs off that looks to be dead.
