i'm seriously thinking about chopping all my trees into half. they won't fit into garage door. but after tasting the figs.. i'm not too sure. i might have to enlarge the garage door.

Oh yes, you live in LA , the land where people don't know their neighbors.   Personally, I didn't know neighbors could be so nice until moving out of So Ca.  Not saying there aren't HOA or neighbor issues elsewhere, but neighbors in our new subdivision near Phoenix would actually come over with welcoming presents and would trim our grass without asking just to help out.

I am surprised by the speed with which these cuttings are progressing.   

Ed how's the tree doing? How much fruit has it produced? Eden those cuttings look nice and strong.

 I never have cutting that start to put out roots in one week or so like this one.
