Love figs, but here in Houston nematodes are rampant, and I am hoping someone has a nematode resistant root stock to recommend.Thankswak
I think dan_la. had an older post about lsu purple being nematode resistant.
I would agree. I also live in Houston. From what I've read LSU Purple is reported to be one of the most resistant. I grew a number of them last summer just to use as rootstock this year. I've read a couple of reports that Alma is also fairly resistant too.What part of Houston are you in?CliffH
