i'm just amazed at the quality and the variety of cuttings i just received today. i would like to thank two very very generous members for their cuttings. i won't say who.. and i won't say what the cuttings are :) now.. let hope they will make it through the winter and put out good figs in near future. thanks!

what i have been able to send out are only common types. readily available from other members. some of the cutting i got today are things that i have been looking for since i started growing the figs. others are somethings that i have never heard of. then are is a fig that's been talked about, but from different source than where most people get them.

i can't wait to see them grow. growing is half the fun.. only problem is eating is more than half the fun :) my kids' math teachers won't understand this logic.

Good luck with them!  Fig Christmas!  I had a Fig Christmas today, too.  Got some cuttings in the mail and had 2 highly prized varieties that previously rooted leaf out for the first time today.
