I started this group primarily for us Californians growing and propagating figs.However, anyone can join. I am leaving it open as public for a few days then will make it private. I hope to have events and other figs related gatherings too. There will be other growers from around the world in the group too. If you don't have Facebook now is a good time to sign up and join the group.

Guys, if you have a Facebook page, all you have to do is search for:  California Figs group.  Once it displays the site, click it and click join.  It's really that simple.

If you don't have a Facebook page, then a link won't do you any good.

Brian I think this is a great group. I just joined. One issue though, over 50% of members seem to be from outside CA, outside the USA even. Is this intended to be for CA only, or is everyone welcome?

Hello I have many fig friends outside the US that are extremely interested in how we grow figs in Ca. Everyone is welcome but will be focused more on Ca. We can all learn from eachother and I know many who are interested in breeding.
