Martin,
Do they carry any polka-dot figs or the ones that bloom (flower) through the eye?

I called and they said they have new rare fig. It is a white fig that turns orange in color and develops thin black stripes when ripe. The figs ripen in late October. Some call this new rare fig the Jack-o-lantern fig. It has a sweet pumpkin figgy taste.
Photo below but mine of course not the dreaded white type fig but a dark type of fig.
Also in reference to a thread "Get Yourself a Green Greek Fig" with smiley faces in thread Snaglpus hit it on the head when he said
Martin won't even take a second look at this fig. Hehehe
and another poster won't mention no names <DAN>
Should Martin ever eat a Col De Dame white or a Smith fig..........he will have a better appreciation for a white fig.
Um dont need none of those types mentioned
after all i have the dark version of Co De Dame plus other fine dark types. ; )
it was shown in post #7 thats not a Sultane, i switched tags from Sultane to the coll to make it look more worthy of April 1st posting ; ) which i also have but bigger coming out of dormancy in home along with that Coll that i just repotted this morning into a 1.72 gallon pot and will go into a 5 gallon later this year as it grows.
Mind you if i ever receive anything thats not of the dark type it would get promptly put in its burial place. So there are no hard feelings ; )
