If you are too lazy to look up the correct name of the figs in your wish list or aren't willing to spell the name correctly you should not expect anyone to give you cuttings. Especially not free cuttings.

Awhile back it was suggested to post wanted fig names in signature with strange characters inserted (or as an image) in order to avoid getting search hits (presumably when searching from google?), or should I say bad search hits.  That's probably where much of it came from.

I agree with Michael. If you have a wish list of 20 figs or so,  you could
spell it like it is known on this forum.

@jc_figs : never read about rdv, but rdb aka ronde de Bordeaux , Lounge d out no but longue d'aout . "Cole de dame " are all "col de dame" , col as neck in french .
and a mbvs as in Marseilles Black VS.
All col de dame are referred to as long season figs. In Zone7, you'll have a hard time getting fruits from them.

I tried my best to warn you members and all I received for my efforts was criticism. read my posts, because Figs 180 started out as jalen 14rs old, name was deleted after Dennis replyed to him as jalen, I mentioned the 14yrs old and that was immediately deleted and  replaced by 18 yrs old and now it is 15 yrs old. Be careful members. jc_figs and Figs 180 are one person. he will ask a question as one member, get an answer, forget who he was when asking, then respond as the other member. See below....

Not too much water or fertilizer. Under those conditions many varieties set a fig at every node as long as they keep growing. Pino above is my sunroom. I'm shooting for 90F/32C by day and move to house that drops to 10-15C at night. Greenhouse is now set for chilling of other fruits so that's 5-12C. In summer 32-34C by day and we run 18-20C at night. I don't know who or what this person is or what they intend to get from all this dishonesty but my reaction is from now on to ignore as many of them as I can.
The editing and deleting game makes trying to pin down the truth too hard.

Hopefully Jon will step in and prune this one as using multiple names is one thing I know he doesn't appreciate.

It's all relevant. The beauty is, as a donor, you give cuttings to anyone you wish. Some may find a baby bird with an open mouth cute, others find it annoying.
To me, it is obvious your not being truthful, that is all I need. Someone who wants to be here and contribute will heed the advice given.

Here's a note to all new members unfamiliar with the expectations of this forum.  It's quite simple.  Honesty and respect.  That's it.  Respect one another and all will be well.

My life-long motto:  Treat as you want to be treated.  This has worked well for me. 

So jc_figs, whatever your intentions are, simply be honest with everyone.  I'm not accusing that you're trolling, but IF you're being dishonest about your age and multiple accounts, etc, come clean now.  We can reset everything and start from scratch.  Just saying.
