new to figs (kind of)

I live in South Carolina (zone 7b) and have had a fig bush on my property (I think maybe a turkey fig but not sure) for as long as Ive had the house.  However I had never tried the fruit until last summer and WOW!!  Anyway to say the least that got me hooked and so this spring I ordered some other kinds and I was wanting to get peoples opinions about the ones I got for my area.  They are all about 3' tall and have been in the ground about 2 months now.  These are the varieties I got -

1. Desert King
2. Italian ever bearing (black)
3. Celeste
4. Texas blue Giant
5. Violette De Bordeaux
6.  Panache 'Tiger' fig
also dug a fig from an old farm house that has yellowish green fruit but don't know what kind it is
thanks for any info

To start with, in my opinion you have not made any obvious bad choice. It would not take long to find out their performance for your area. Good luck.
