Hello from zone 8a GA,  
  
I'm new to Figs 4  Fun and not very clever figuring out the computer and forums.  If I'm posting this in the wrong place please pardon me and delete it. 
 I've been enjoying reading the posts on starting cuttings but I just realized I had beginers luck started figs in pots of GA clay.  I just ordered a batch of cuttings and I plan to use methods I was reading about in the forums. 
   I've been in GA 5 years and gardening is a whole different thing than So. Cal where I came from. My profile picture is my 2 Kadota saplingsI kept through the winter in a bathroom.
I just got a small 6x8 greenhouse so next winter,  I'll have a better place for saplings if necessary. 
 

GabrieNanci1, welcome to the forum neighbor. Surely you have discovered how easy gardening here is. Lots of rain, plenty of sunshine and the wonderful soil. LOL

I just heard it's snowing in Tucker, GA.
When you have time I'd like to know what figs you have and how well they take the freezes.

flurries in NE Cobb as well.  Enjoyable for my run, actually.

I love the 4 seasons here.  I'ts cozy tonight.  just wish I didnt have to go get dogfood now. :-/
