Yes, I noticed the name change months ago. Don't remember when, but it's been a long time. It confused me the first time when buying postage online but no big deal.
A much bigger deal, in my opinion, is the recent drop in rates for packages. The flat rates stayed the same but metered rates and Regional Rate C dropped. The Regional Rate C dropped a lot and I find it an amazing bargain. Regional Rate postage can only be purchased online.
