A third year tree but first time to fruit for me. It has been said that it is the same as Kathleens Black. I am not so sure about that yet. Time will tell. Medium size fig with a sweet jammy flavor of honey melon. Will give it an 8 for now.

Mike, I don't believe NC is the same as KB. All it takes is one person to mention it and soon folks will start believing it. Both taste excellent to me. Neither are cold hardy!
