Do you grow this in-ground? I have been tempted about this one from comments by you and others about its winter hardiness.

is this fig really very hardy?if it is I would like to try this one in upstate ny.Ciao,

Hi Dale.Mine is in a 38 gal drum,as you can see,but I do have one inground,and dies 80% every winter....

     Do you get any warming effect from the lake? I'm an hour south. I wonder what the difference would be. Does your in-gorund prodcue?

Not yet for the inground figs.And yes,i believe in that warming lake effect.

4 years old.
