I took a few pics since the rain has been relentless all day. We have had over 3.5 inches so far today and much more to come. These are pics of most of the 135 pots. I still have some one gal babies not out in the sun yet, if we had any sun. LOL

Martin, I hope to have many of the keepers (black figs) in the ground
by then. Trying to determine which ones will be cold hardy for my area.
Will keep some in pots, give some away and some to the burn barrel.

I think you did a great job of mixing the fig pots in to the landscape.

 WOW!!  Your arrangement is perfectly gorgeous!   This is an inspiration for me to see, how well managed potted figs look so great!   
...But did I see "BURN PILE"  Noooo please, please let me know before you do the unthinkable.  :-)

Mike that is a beautiful yard.  On my best day my yard has never looked that good.  And those are some great looking figs too.  Since they are in pots how are you testing for cold hardiness.  I am just wondering as I need to do the same with some of my cuttings I have growing now.

Mike, do I understand correctly that your 5-15 gallon pots on the south side buried and covered in mulch?  That's a lot of digging!  But it does look great.  Any comments from the neighbors like "what are you going to do with all those figs?".  I've heard that once or twice.

Rafed, I do have quiet a few green/yellow fig varieties. I was gigging Martin a little.

Goss, I am not personally testing for cold hardiness, except my Celeste which passes with flying colors. I have been keeping notes on all the ones the folks up north have been
saying have done well in ground with or without protection.

Rewton, that is correct. Those on the south side and many others that I did not take pics of. All total there are 40 in pots
that are buried from five to twenty gal pots and mulched with pine straw. Oh yea, that was a whole bunch of digging. Also had
many comments about all those figs. Especially from my wife.

Kerry, LOL. You had the name first so I will stick with "newnandawg." It best describes me anyway if you know what I mean. "Go Dawgs, Sic Em."

I see nothing out of the ordinary here.  Typical fig fanatic.  All your figgies look GRRRREAT!
