Here is the Jolly Tiger with the leaves starting to turn from light green to white.  There is a new branch at the same location I took an air layer from last year.
 
 

Nice looking tree Tom I like the crooked trunk it will look good when it thickens up and can stand up on it's own 

I really love the variegated leaves on JT. I am pulling the green leaves off if they form. Do you all do the same?

I completely cut off any branch that is not variegated. I would put that fig in a larger pot and completely burry that crooked part. I would not trust that it would survive a strong wind someday. I started with a couple cuttings of jolly tiger last year. 2 of the three were variegated. I was able to air layer one of them and then repot the now 3 good ones in a larger pot. I prefer bush form for my zone and application. Good luck!
