The one thing that article got wrong was "7. Staten Island Is The Texas of the New York Burroughs". We're far more backwards than Texas. More like Alabama (no offense intended).

I've spent enough time in all four. Staten Island is a much better place to live than either Alabama ( or Arkansas) or Texas
