Has anyone ever used LemonCitrusTree to buy anything? http://lemoncitrustree.com/store/They seem to have a nice selection, I see they're on Amazon, but strangely offer a 3-year warranty on trees and at seemingly big discounts.
My favorite source for Citrus online is Four Winds Growers.
I can't say I've dealt with them very much but I was happy with the meyer lemon I bought from them. It came with buds and I think I got 6 or so lemons from it before I managed to kill it.
