i have nice set of classic henckels. i cook a lot. as usual, i usually run them through a steel before cutting anything. well.. after 4 pint of brew, i missed the steel guard and hit my thumb. yeah.. how stupid of me. it was ok for few sec.. then it started flowing blood. 

lesson learned. do not sharpen my knives after few pints. 

yupe. i think it's been less than 10 yrs. no rust on the blade. the blade was clean. i dressed with america's favorite band-aid.. i'm really stuck on band-aid :) 

put a fig leaf on the cut.  :x

Pete. I think they should make a new reality T.V. show centered around your daily adventures...lol
