Picture of the new puppy - Luce!!  She is so darn cute!  This was taken at Petco the Saturday before Easter.  This has been taken up time from the figs - puppy classes, housebreaking, cuddles, and a few other things!  She has grown so much in just a short time.

She is definately a cute one ... I know you will enjoy her company.

Cute puppy.  Congratulations!

Let's see......the garden........hmmmmmmm...

The garden is physically there, but I haven't had a chance to work on it.  She has!!  I have a few "raised beds" from last fall with stuff growing in them from last fall - don't ask LOL.  Anyway, the little cutie got away from me a few times and a happy little digger she was!  Of course it was the "raised bed" area (a bunch of garden soil dumped in a pile).  Of course I try to keep her away from the area where there will be plants growing. 

If I even thought the possibility of getting a dog was greater then .00000000001%, (very slight exaggeration) I would have done the garden a lot differently - oh well!

Here are a few pictures of the area.  It's right off the patio so there is no opening the door to just let the dog out - no fence YET (sigh!)  I don't think it is going to look like this, this year - I am already so far behind.  I plan on putting a couple of real raised beds in this year -  8x4.  I have the wood and the hardware, just gotta do it!  Like so many other things--- sigh.
