Keep your faith Pattee ..you have to fight this from within, stay positive and believe that you can heal and get better. We will all be staying by you praying with and for you. My dad has beatten it twice over twenty years and is all clear now and he is not the only one but you need to stay positive!!! Our thoughts and prayers your way:).

Pattee, you are in my prayers..

Hello everyone, especially to all my friends. It's been quite a while since I have been here. I hope everyone has been well. I have had a rough 2 years with the surgeries and treatments and ensuing complications. But I am here and breathing AND in remission! I've been in FL with my family slowly recovering and have been getting stronger daily. I wanted to thank all those praying for me and I know that was of great help and also of great comfort to me.

Its been wonderful to get out in the morning to pick fresh figs from out garden.  Tree trimming , pinching, fertilizing and seeing nice fruit growing has been a source of happiness to me. Not being here for almost 2 years was of course problematic and I did lose a good bunch of trees. But again just getting out there and smelling the trees and grooming them has been so relaxing. I have some to up pot but when the temps get a bit cooler and my energy is up.  
 
Once again thanks so very much to all my special friends and hopefully we can chat soon.

Pattee, I'm fairly new here so unaware of your trials. Sounds like you have lots of pluck! Wish continued healthiness to you.

Keep healing and getting better and most of all keep living the life that you love to live!

Thank you from my heart everyone. I so appreciate all the prayers and well wishes. 

We are enjoying the hot Florida weather and so are the figs. Ed has re potted so many for me already. Of course got rid of all the dead ones and one of these days when my energy is high ,I'll go through my list and do inventory. 

I was out in my little orchard this morning and noticed such a sweet smell, it was glorious!

I hope to get back on here more often to catch up with everyone and what they are doing and growing now.
