OT: pulled pork

Prepping for tomorrow, first bird on the smoker.......

Dang, looks good, but wifey wants traditional for thanksgiving. I think I'll run out and grab a cheap turkey to practice on after a couple of weeks though. :)

How about a little pulled beef

Thanks.  Dry brined w/ salt & pepper.  Smoked w/ pecan wood.
