i'll have to try leg of lamb. don't usually eat lamb, but lately been eating them at indian reastaurants and enjoying them. maybe rack of lamb...

Lamb roast (it is Agnus Dei day after all), roasted asparagus with pesto and sundried tomatoes, quinoa salad, caprese, tortallini mashed potatoes and gravy, artichokes and peppers,  rolls, potica, taralli, cheese cake and coffee. I hurt myself.

We had Smoked spareribs, country style ribs and bbq chicken.
Pot of wax beans and potatoes.

Bratwurst in dark Bier gravy over mashed potatoes with red cabbage ROCKS!
We had smoked pork shoulder, lots of veggies and Key lime pie.

Dinner at Easter is lamb or we'll have to bear my parents throwing bad words until next Easter.
I don't know what they like in lamb. It is just bones and hard to eat in a clean way.
But tradition is tradition .
