OT: The Bolognese




Starting on it now...more later









Will simmer for around 3 hours before its finished with butter and cream.

Two hours into the simmer and the gravy is thickening up nicely...

anyhow, I think I need to sleep.... :)

btw Im not cooking with any kind of tomatoes anymore unless they come out of our North Jersey garden....  people ... Jersey tomatoes are that good.

Makes me miss my mama
