+1 for any of the Panasonic Lumix models. Seems like I’ve had them all, unfortunately other family members end up relieving me of them. Ha….. good excuse to buy the latest upgrade model.
My old ZS1 is 12x Optical, 25 mm wide angle, Leica lens w/energy stabilized zoon is awfully hard to beat. Not only shoots great photos but, terrific video. It’s the one pocket camera; I do not leave home without it, Now, if I taking a studio style shot or very special light on a fig, I will revert to my old Canon XTI DSLR with full complement of big glass. Comfortable and happy with both cameras but, itching to upgrade! Would like the new Panasonic Lumix - ZS30 and a full frame Canon EOS 5D Mark III DSLR…… Please Santa………… :-)
BTW……. Nichole, your dog images are fantastic. Very alive and super capture or light and action! What specific breed are those little rascals.
