OT: White Christmas?

Hi, now is time when our figs are dormant, so we can talk about other stuff. ;)

Here in my location is (or more like was cuz now is something around 4C (39F)) second day in season with minimal snow cover but december is extremely mild, with the highest temp around 13/14C (55F) thanks foehn wind "Halny" and minimalist ~ -6C(21F). But temp very rare go down bellow 0C (32F) the most wird extrem was 11C (52F) in night 18/19 December, this temp could be normally in night in Jun or May but not in December.

Here in Poland white christmas become rare, I think the last time we had snow (South Poland, without mountains) about 4 years ago on christmas.

What about yours location?

We've got snow up in the hills of Maine, going ice skating today with friends and my son.   Winter is here!

Maris,

pretty much the same here so far, very mild with lots of rain and storm.

But think of it, winter in central Europe really happens in january/february...so we could get some snow as well.

Wesołych Świąt! /Frohe Weihnachten!

Our national weather service is predicting rain for most of us. So much for a white Christmas.

White Christmas? It is supposed to be 80ish Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, here.

Finally I think that snow is not very bad for me until minimalist temp do not drop below  0C (32F) :D But my favorite weather for Christmas is sunny and warm day. :)

Feigenbaum Yeah, december is 3rd  cold month average, but this isn't very much warmer than Jan. and Feb. :(
