I planted several different figs last year and out of all of them Panache is by far my best grower. It is about 5' high now and growing like crazy. However it will not put on any figs. I have tried pinching it back and all it does is send out side branches but no figs. Its in full sun in a field above my house where my other figs are planted and in the same soil same everything. I have an Italian black that I planted last year at the same time that got killed half way back and is only like 2' tall and it managed to put on 3 figs. I don't know what I'm doing wrong with the panache but it just wont fruit :( any ideas?
