I don't know this farm, but looked at their website.
Under " Big News" heading they mentioned a local cheese producer was trialing the use of their fig leaves to wrap a particular cheese.
Seems like a great idea if it has worked out.
That area has a large number of very nice small farms and apparently many micro breweries.
It is about 3 hours away from me , so haven't been that way for a while.
Bet you'll have a good time in that area James.
