The forum will not allow me to attach photos via Manage Attachments.
Is it just me?

I am at a loss. 
When I attach a jpg, it appears to upload fine but then does not complete the process. Tried it with XP and Win 7.

What browser are you using?  Internet Explorer/Firefox/Chrome?  You can try another browser to see if that's the issue.

The attached [aka. uploaded] pic/file size must be no higher than 1Mb size (I believe).

IE and Opera. Img's are smaller than 1mb.

Works with Windows 8, Internet Explorer only on my system.
Does not work with win xp or 7, with opera or IE.
Strange.
