Excellent Taste. Thanks to Prof Bostock who found and share this excellent variant.
It was an unknown variant. He named it ENRICO.

I prefer Enrico's taste over I-258

Paul,

The funny thing is just earlier today Dan Foster was over. He Brought me some 1gl pots as I was running out.
I was showing him my Enrico and told him it was a must have fig. I showed him how it was loaded with figs and that I was going to up pot it this weekend. He was very impressed by it.

Now he will be very excited about getting it once he sees the thread.

Very nice, Paul!
Another one a must have fig!
I guess I need to modify my wish list again :)

I knew a guy who was a Bostock’s student but at that time I was not into the figs, I would start a conversation about them for sure.

Both of them are very nice figs Paully.............need to put them on my wish list

You got it Rafed. This thread does show it's beauty. To say it tastes better than or that the taste is preferred over I258 is quite a compliment.

My Enrico was loaded with brebas and is loaded with main crop and I absolutely agree this is a must have fig.

Looks greag, Paul. Hope mine fruits next year!

Love the looks of this one.  Thanks for sharing

Delete I-258...add Enrico, wait... is the eye open and has anyone from a hot rainy area had success getting it to ripen without splitting?
