Hello First time showing photos of my fig that is working best and that i had in the ground longest (planted in the fall 2007). Its has survived both mild and cold winters. Last winter has been very bad and cold. the only protection has been snow cover and little mulch. The summer came very early this year and it has some nice fig fruits forming. hoping for a great harvest this year. ''History of my fig'', recent photos at the bottom. http://translate.google.se/translate?hl=sv&sl=sv&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fswefig.webs.com%2Fminfikondagbok.htm(sorry for the bad Eng on my page, its how it gets when using Google translate)Thanks
Thanks for sharing pictures of your fig story.
I enjoyed looking at the photographs and reading your explanations. Thanks for sharing them.
Thanks Pami225 and TucsonKen, I'm glad that you two enjoyed it. I'm really happy thats its dosing great in this climate here.
Thanks for posting the photos, I do enjoy looking at what others have got going on.
I bet those black cement stairs really help create a warm micro-climate for that fig. I would prune it below the top of them for winter wind protection. I enjoyed seeing your site, thank you.
