This is my fig tree in summer 2010

What kind is it? Does it have a name?

This fig tree was propagated from the Mother tree in Austin Tx. No one knew the correct variety. I call it a Galbun not sure what it is correctly. maybe someone on this forum can id it . maybe a 284-11 from ucr davis. has no open eye

OK I have a question or two. First one, if you had these pictures before why didn't you use them on eBay first. Instead of copying other peoples property????  How does ones grammar and spelling get so improved in a few days??? Sorry for being  so skeptical but there is still a lot that does not add up to me. Sometimes you only get one first impression and I have to say you made one heck of an impression on me. Gilbon at first now you call it Galbun and maybe 284-11. You know there is no shame in saying it is an unknown, labeling false names only confuses what it really is and who knows it may be a new variety. Then you can call it whatever you want as its real name. I hope I am wrong  but it looks as if you are in this just to sell some cuttings. I am happy to say that most of us here that are in "some fig forums" as you put it are in it for the right reasons. A  mans word is what builds trust and sometimes it takes a long time, but only a few seconds to tear it down. To me it does not matter what trees or cuttings you have or say to have. when you start out to deceive yes I'm leery and Peed off at the same time. And will not kiss up now to just get a cutting I dint have. PLEASE do us all a favor and prove me wrong. I really hope I am.

P.S. you certainly wouldn't be first person to mispell a name of a variety of fig tree, I find that all time, but know what person is saying. Try to be as exact and honest and percise as possible. This will make it very easy. Ciao
Also, always use your own photo's very very important.
