I walked the yard yesterday morning and discovered tons of your pom pom figs had snuck in here Pete. I pinched for about an hour and am hoping to see ANY branching. I also discovered, that much latex under my thumb nail for that period of time HURTS!!!!

CdDN was pinched last yr, and now it has about 7 branches growing. so.. if things go as planned, one will go to a forum member as an air layer. other will be cut and shared on the forum. other 5 branches will be kept on the tree for shaping. hopefully there will be more cuttings next yr. tho.. when i traded this, the generous member wasn't exactly 100% sure it's a CdDN. he had no reason to doubt, but we'll see this summer :) so far all the figs were late last yr and didn't ripen.
