this was sent to me a cuttings last yr from one of the very generous forum members. the cutting rooted fine, and grew great. then i had that incident with fast acting lime and almost killed both of them. but they bounced back. you might be able to see some damage done by the fast acting lime in the pix. the tree looked like they were having blisters. the barks were swelling up, the leaves were twisting.. it was nasty.
the bark seems to have dried up and they are both growing fast.
yesterday while walking around the trees, noticed that they have main crop on every new nodes.
not sure if they will drop or not. i have heard that most Pasitiliere will drop figs. i have few idea as to how to make them stick around. as long as i can remind myself often enough.. we'll see.
