Plant ID

I found this plant between a motorcycle repair shop and a furniture store. Is the plant, Ficus Carica? The leaves look like RdB or VdB!

Sure looks like it's a Ficus Carica from those leaves.  I don't think it looks anything like RDB or VDB though.  (You aren't busting us with those suggestions, are you?).  Does it have any figs on it?

Nice find.

Howie,
Do you also have a bridge for sale? : )

Yep you got me, I was going to sell the cuttings on eBay! Seriously though the plant stretches for like 25 feet! There were no figs on it. When I get my fairings changed on my motorcycle again I'll see if it's got any figs.

Man I'll be surprise if they produce anything. That soil looks so depleted of any nutrients. Thing again figs will adapt.

I don't usually sell my bridges but there's one in Brooklyn that connects to Manhattan. It's yours for a discount. You could charge a toll fee and make a killing!

The plant is surprisingly very green and healthy. I'm going to get a cutting next time, just in case it is a decent fig plant.

Leaves look like they are covered with a powder or something? Unbelievable where figs grow !

The next door is a furniture shop, they cut a lot of wood so that plus dust is on the plant. Even though they are covered in dust and saw dust they look very healthy and green. Like I said its like a vine and is at least 25 feet long!
