After making 4 different pizzas, my wife had extra pizza dough left over.
Figs, prosciutto, and mozzarella. it wasn't bad for a simple pizza.

 My wifes homemade dough(don't know what's in it) and the figs are Unk figs very similar to HC also mozzarella and prosciutto. Very simple, that's why I called it poor man's.
