Okay what is the desired PH for transplanting rooted cuttings I have 1 gal pots and want to start getting ready to transplant my cuttings.. Also what mix do you use homemade store bought shoot me all your ideas.

I can't tell you the last time I bothered to check pH of anything except my pool. Over the last couple decades I have always used the stuff out of the bag, premixed, and never had problems. I can't even imagine having better success. I think there are much bigger worries, like overwatering on transplant.

Figs prefer things on the alkaline side, but I don't know if you'll see enough of a difference between a slightly acidic growing mix and a slightly alkaline mix.  In containers, your local water pH will have as much of an effect as anything else.
