I don't know if this works... I have been taking this for almost 3 weeks now and I don't tire easily like before. This recipe is for healthy heart
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup ginger juice
1 cup garlic juice
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups honey preferably raw
Mix the first 4 ingredients and boil them. After boiling simmer them for 10 to 20 minutes. Then cool them to room temperature. Mix with honey. Put in the fridge so they can last longer.
Take 1 tablespoon before meal in the morning. I usually mix it with a glass of warm water.
