The first Preto figs of the season for this small tree. The flavor is outstanding.

Looks delicious! I am hoping to ripen some on my 2 yr old Preto.

They look great! My young Preto has a couple figs on it, hope they ripen in time.

That is my idea of a beautiful fig.

Thank you all. Hoping that these figs get a little bigger next year. How can I explain it, it has an intense fruity flavor with a long after taste. I'm just wondering if this isn't Black Madeira. They are very similar if not the same. 

Even without tasting the fig, I would say Preto is a great variety, excellent grower for sure.

It matches my Madeira Black too,and Also Matches Ital 258,but Ital 258 grows faster so far.
