Is it my phone. Note 4. When i try to scoll it wont move and i have to leave site and try again. ket me know PLEASE. Been going on for two days.

There is nothing wrong with the site using a desktop or laptop, so it must be your phone.  Maybe take it in and see if they can figure it out.  Could be your server or settings.

Install Chrome to replace the native browser on your phone.  That fixed it for me.  I see it works for Don as well.

I use samsung android note 10.1 (2014) tablet. It works fine.

You can change in the browser option to "Desktop-mode" it works more fluent then.
