Just curious. How many figs do your trees typically ripen during the first few years of growth? I'd like to get an idea of what the production curve looks like. I've provided my best recollection of how my trees have done below. I'm in Zone 6, so I imagine my experience represents the lower range of productivity.

Year 1: 0-10; 3-4 typical
Year 2: 0-20; 10 typical
Year 3: 0-30; 15-20 typical
Year 4 (projected): 0-50; 30 typical

I started my oldest trees in 2009, so the year 4 numbers represent figs and figlets currently on the tree, most of which should have enough time to ripen. I'm hoping the final numbers are a bit higher.

I have a few named varieties and a bunch of unknowns. Of the named varieties, O'Rourke and Maryland Berry/Brown Turkey MD are the most productive. The zero for each year is Danny's Delite, which hasn't ripened anything for me yet. I'm going to give it one more year.

These curves are going to depend on the cultivar, as well as the place they're grown.

Hi Matt, I was wondering what you started with.
Were they small cuttings you rooted? 
Were they already growing from an air layer? 
Were they suckers? 
What caliper were the trunks when you obtained them?
How big are they now? Trunk caliper, height, branch number?
Are they in tree or shrub form?

I'd love to see pictures of them so I can get an idea of what to expect.
