I have a fig tree and the breba crop is not very nice,
So I was planning on pruning it, and cutting all this years growth off and just leaving the main scaffold shape,
Would this be wrong in anyway?
Thanks for any feedback

Luke, that's a beauty.
How about pinching?
If that were my tree, I couldn't see the need to
prune more than 3 branches, it already has a
nice shape.

it does have a nice shape, I would only cut off the weaker and thinner branches, leaving at least 2 nodes on them. As they grow, you will decide what to trim further.. don't forget as the tree grows , the branches are also growing and you don't want a tree tall that you cannot reach for the fruit.
