Your Fig Bush looks great, do not prune heavily... there are a lot of branches that can be trained as fruiting branches.
Once you prune out the unwanted mains, just thin out the branches on each main limb, to approximately 8" apart on alternating sides of the main branch. I would also trim them back to 2+ nodes away from the main branch for faster and larger growth. keep in mind the tip will die back after pruning and only 1 branch should be allowed to grow at each fruiting branch, the 2nd node is for insurance. The main branches should also be trained to a wider angle, pull them down : ) .
