Definitely worth trying for that price!

Just made my day.  I am going tonight to get some.  I figured their BOGO on figs was coming soon.  Thanks.

I am headed out now, if you do not see any more of my posts, oh well, otherwise I will give an update.

Hey Mike, you live in St. Pete? Why not head to the Greek community in Tarpon Springs, you may find a winner fig tree.

I just picked up some of the Black Missions....  So far, they are not so bad.

As promised, here is an update: These are the best figs that I have ever bought in a grocery store, and, I am sticking with this story. Do not ask any questions...okay, okay... yeah so they are the only figs that I have ever bought in a store. What a way to be number one, the only team playing the game. Photos not that great, flash was off. Look close on the package, all MADERA figs!!!!!

Really not bad being that they were shipped ripe(at different stages of ripeness) all the way from California. I had to go through all of them and force myself to eat the ripest before they spoiled. Believe me, some were spongy soft and I thought they were spoiled for sure, but tasted half way decent. It really was worth the trip and I bought 2 packages of each(BOGO). That's all folks! Yes those dumb Californians don't even know how to spell MADEIRA but then again on the forum it is spelled 2 different ways. OK, that IS ALL folks.

Scott, did they look like these??

Mike, did you make it to Publix? They are okay to the taste buds. Each fig of each package will taste slightly different (different stage of ripeness).
