Hi all. Generally at what temperature do figs stop ripening? Here in NJ, we've had a few nights in the upper 30s but daytime temps have stayed in mid 60s to mid 70s. So far figs are still ripening. Does the cool weather speed up the ripening process at all? When should you wrap them for winter protection? Thanks!
