question on figs

Is the Tashkent the same as the NUHURSKII fig? we have a fig that looks identical as the NUHURSKII but we bought it as a Tashkent. Or are there other figs with the same deeply flattened shape as the Nuhurskii and Tashkent .I have photos
Thank you for your help

So beautiful!!! how about its taste?

They will ripen soon. Last year I remember them as sweet, somewhat bland, easy to eat. The tree grows slowly, not prone to suckering ( alas. ) The shape is fascinating.

Nuhurskii is from the USDA/UC Davis. Taskent was from a nursery (maybe Cloud Mountain, can't remember), and was only in the catalog for a season or two, without much info. It is more likely not they are not same than that they are.
